Watermelon is a favorite treat around the globe, and its flavor is often a ubiquitous taste of summer.

So today, we are going to bring you a few takes on this well-loved snack!

We begin today with a fun new channel we found, Mark Rober. Over there, Mark has lots of fun content, so it’s definitely worth a browse! This fun trick from his channel is sure to win you favors with children and adults alike…

Maybe you’re thinking, “Liesl, I’m far more advanced in my abilities! Give me something that will really make me the life of the party!”

Fine, if you feel like you’re up to the task, here’s something a little more advanced, brought to us by another great channel, Vid Nikolic, for those of you who fancy yourselves artists…

And if flowers aren’t your thing, here is one more advanced technique.

This one even becomes a fancy display for other fruits! This one’s from Fruit Carver Valeriano Fatica. Isn’t it genius? There’s lots of awesome stuff like this on their channel if you have a moment to take a look!

Good luck to those of you who will attempt your flowers or sea turtles.

If we are being honest with ourselves, this technique, also from Mark Rober, is probably more our speed…
