“Laughter and tears are both responses to frustration and exhaustion. I myself prefer to laugh, since there is less cleaning do to do afterward.”
― Kurt Vonnegut
Do you ever want to bang your head on your desk because of all the crazy scammers, marketing ploys, and deceit on the web?
We’ve got a better option for you: Let James Veitch, British humorist, tell you how he deals with the scammers. (Get ready to smile and shake your head!)
Lovely fun there, and if you listen carefully, there are some small observations with some big meaning.
“The internet gave us access to everything, but it also gave everything access to us!” – James Veitch
It’s so true. We think we are anonymous on the web, but every click we make is being counted, recorded and used to steal our attention. So why not have some fun with this digital mayhem?
Perhaps the best way to disrupt it is to “find the game”, as James so expertly seems to be able to do.
Have you seen our other article about James? It’s called Hilarious James Veitch: Scamming the Email Scammer. Take a look at that one at your first opportunity. It is another great example of laughter as the best medicine for our frustrations with the digital world!
Stay open, curious and optimistic. (And keep laughing!)
