“Dance is anything you do…it’s whatever comes from you.”

We all probably have a go to song and corresponding dance moves that put us in a better mood. For some chronically ill children though, dance is making them “feel like life.”

For the children who participate in the classes with Dancin Power, dance isn’t just a form of self-expression, it is, in some ways, life changing.

Today, we bring you the incredible project Dancin Power, perhaps one of the the most uplifting things I have found on the internet in a while. Check them out….

You can check out more on Dancin Power on their website, and even donate to their incredible cause. And, if you know of anybody who you think could benefit from Dancin Power, please share this with them!

Dancin Power reminds me that sometimes the most uplifting moments in life are those that remind us that joy can come from within. There is something so beautiful about the power dance has on our minds and bodies. In its universality, it taps into a greater connection with the human spirit.

So, whether you consider yourself a great dancer, or in need of some practice, perhaps it helps to remember that dance is a part of our humanity and has the power to change lives!
